Hormone Pellet Therapy
Restore Balance. Feel Like Yourself Again.
Hormones influence nearly every part of how you feel — your energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, libido, mental clarity, and overall vitality. When hormone levels decline or become imbalanced, you may feel like something is “off,” even when basic labs are called normal.
At Rural Revival, we offer EvexiPEL® Hormone Pellet Therapy, a bioidentical hormone replacement option designed to provide steady hormone support over several months through tiny pellets placed just beneath the skin.
Common Symptoms of Hormone Imbalance
You may benefit from a hormone consultation if you are experiencing:
Fatigue or low motivation
Brain fog or trouble focusing
Poor sleep
Mood changes, irritability, anxiety, or low mood
Low libido
Hot flashes or night sweats
Weight gain or difficulty losing weight
Loss of muscle tone
Hair thinning
Feeling like you are “not yourself”
What Is Pellet Therapy?
Pellet therapy uses small, rice-sized pellets that are inserted under the skin during a quick in-office procedure. The pellets slowly release hormones over time, helping avoid the highs and lows that can happen with some daily creams, pills, or injections.
EvexiPEL is commonly used for testosterone and/or estradiol support, depending on your symptoms, labs, health history, and treatment goals. Your plan may also include other hormone support, such as progesterone or thyroid optimization when appropriate.
Why Choose Rural Revival?
Hormone therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Your care starts with a comprehensive consult, advanced lab testing, symptom review, and a personalized plan.
At Rural Revival, we look at the full picture — not just a lab number.
Our approach includes:
Comprehensive hormone and wellness evaluation
Advanced lab testing
Review of symptoms, medical history, and goals
Personalized dosing and treatment recommendations
Follow-up care and lab monitoring
Education so you understand your options.
Our Process
Step 1: Hormone + Wellness Consultation
We review your symptoms, health history, goals, and determine which labs are needed.
Step 2: Lab Review + Treatment Plan
Carrie reviews your results with you and explains your options, including whether EvexiPEL pellet therapy is appropriate.
Step 3: Pellet Insertion Appointment
If pellet therapy is chosen, pellets are inserted under the skin, typically near the upper hip/glute area, using local numbing medication.
Step 4: Follow-Up + Optimization
Hormone therapy requires monitoring. Follow-up labs and symptom check-ins help us adjust your plan safely and effectively.
How Long Do Pellets Last?
Pellets generally last several months. Many women need re-insertion around every 3–4 months, while men may last closer to 4–5 months, depending on metabolism, activity level, dosing, and individual response. General pellet therapy guidance often estimates about 3–6 months.

Is Pellet Therapy Right for Everyone?
Not always. Pellet therapy may be a great option for some patients, but it is not appropriate for everyone. Your candidacy depends on your labs, symptoms, medical history, risk factors, and treatment goals.
That is why we require a consultation and lab review before beginning treatment.
