Carrie Haar, FNP-C

Medical Director & Founder

Carrie has dedicated more than 20 years to healthcare, beginning her nursing career in 2006 before earning her Master of Science in Nursing and becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015. Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, critical care, family practice, and internal medicine, giving her a strong foundation in treating the whole person—not just their symptoms.

Driven by a passion for preventative medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, and aesthetics, Carrie founded Rural Revival Medical Spa with one mission: to bring advanced, personalized healthcare to rural communities. She believes patients shouldn't have to travel to a large city to receive exceptional medical wellness and aesthetic care.

Beyond caring for patients, Carrie is passionate about creating opportunities in rural Montana. She has built a team of talented healthcare professionals who share her commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care while fostering a workplace centered on growth, collaboration, and excellence. Her vision has always been bigger than opening a medical spa—it's about proving that rural communities deserve world-class healthcare, meaningful careers, and a culture where both patients and employees can thrive.

Whether she's helping a patient regain their energy through hormone optimization, achieve sustainable weight loss, improve their skin, or mentoring her team, Carrie's goal remains the same: to help people become the healthiest, most confident version of themselves.
