Carrie has been in healthcare for over 20 years. She became a nurse in 2006. In 2015 she received her Masters of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Carrie has focused her career in emergency, critical & acute care, and family practice/internal medicine. However, she has always had a passion for aesthetics and wellness.
For years, Carrie has dreamed of bringing “big city” medical services to Eastern Montana. That dream is finally coming true with the creation of
Rural Revival Medical Spa, LLC.
Carrie is excited and eager to help her clients look and feel their best.
Kaytlen Crawford, RN
Registered Nurse
Kaytlen has been a Registered Nurse for 14 years. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge. She has a passion of health and wellness. She prides herself in providing patients with outstanding education to help them be successful. Kaytlen is offering IV therapy, Injections, Dermaplaning, Medical Grade Chemical Peels and Nutrition counseling.
Kirstie Nelson, RN
Registered Nurse
Kirstie has been a Registered Nurse for 14 years. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and was Carrie’s clinic nurse for several years. She has been behind the scenes helping create and dream up Rural Revival. She has a passion for skincare procedures and wellness. Kirstie is offering IV therapy, Injections, Dermaplaning, and Medical Grade Chemical Peels.
Rilee Pettersen
Patient Care Coordinator
Rilee joined the Rural Revival team in 2026 and has been a huge asset to the team. She is our patient care coordinator and helps keep things running smoothly.
